In Song Challenge 96 , the Goddess told a sad tale of Garden Gnomes who had been deemed lewd by the local constabulary, and ordered to be covered up in certain parts, with filler and paint. A sad fate indeed, for gnomes used to living bare and free.
So the gnomes now wear polka-dots.
